The night time tour made the areas a lot quieter and the views amazing, if it wasn't for the storm and low visibility, totally worth the time and locations. Of note: this was mostly a walking tour, so comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothes are recommended. Hoods recommended, umbrella optional, on the hills of Mdina and Rabat, the wind might make it less than useful..”
